What exactly is a "seed lead"?

A seed lead is a decoy identity we create: a realistic persona with a dedicated email inbox and a live phone number that can take calls and texts. You inject it into a real lead flow you want to audit. Because it’s a fake identity only you know about, any contact it receives can be attributed and analyzed.

How do you detect reselling?

Each seed is exclusive to a single recipient. If anyone other than that recipient contacts the seed, that contact came from somewhere the lead was passed to or sold, which is resale. We surface the second actor, the channel they used, and the timing.

What is call attestation and why does it matter?

Attestation (SHAKEN/STIR) is how carriers certify that a calling number is legitimately used by the caller. Level A means fully attested, B partial, C gateway/unverified. Low attestation and high spam scores tank answer rates. We detect both on every inbound call to a seed.

Will buyers or reps know a lead is a seed?

Are calls and SMS extra?

Recording, transcription, and SMS capture are included with every seed. Very high call volumes are metered; we’ll always show usage before it bills.

Can I scale up or down later?

Yes. Add or retire seeds from the dashboard at any time; the matching tier rate applies automatically, and changes prorate to your billing cycle. You can cancel whenever you like.
